    Hey,

    If you have Windows Vista, then it comes built in to it. I think its called Speech Recognition.

    Speech/Voice Recognition Software or Transcription Software

    Windows XP and Windows Vista have it built in, though they don’t work perfectly, none of these programs work perfectly, they sometimes don’t recognize things, and you can’t talk into them quite as fast as you would normally speak.
