it is called speak easy. if you have windows vista it is built in the program, but if you don’t you can purchase it at office depot .com or office max.com i think the price starts at $15.00 it might be more.try ecost.com or cnet.com

Im going to be honest with you. I have tried many times to find a decent one but really you still end up spending more time correcting errors then you would if you just typed it.
