Where can I find a good free GIF-making software online?

That New Guy asked:


Just some kind of free software where I can edit and create GIFs from other GIFs or movie files.
I’m not looking to just convert files, but I need to go in and actually capture, edit, and create new GIFs from other file types.

    My gifs httpwwwwhitsoftdevcomunfreez.
    My gifs from existing single gifs one note about giffy point to do it and save it all the program is little harder to use it can save any open file as new file.
